 Work out the entire body to ensure that all your core muscles are evenly exercised to help you prevent postural problems and muscle strain.  You can mix and match your exercise routine as and when required. Keep changing your routine after two or three weeks. But that doesn't mean that your methods or techniques have to suffer. You can include some of the effective cardio exercises and the resistance exercises.
